If I had a choice I would go elsewhere. It takes months to get in even for a cleaning. Multiple times I have had the dental office cancel my appointment due to not having a dentist available and when they reschedule me it is another 30 plus days wait. Once I did have my appointment the hygienist was kind and friendly and that is the ONLY reason they are getting 2 stars ⭐️, the dentist was unfriendly, didn’t listen to my concerns, and dismissed me and came across as she was in a hurry to leave on a Friday afternoon.

First time patient here. Jessica was very professional and explanatory on my X-rays and chair side Mike, super gentle on my cleaning ,room was super clean. Dr Tam very informative and helpful on decisions for my next appointment Had a very pleasant experience.

I have been a patient at Willamette Dental for the past six years. During my first three years, my experience was excellent, which is why I felt comfortable starting Invisalign treatment with them in 2023. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been incredibly frustrating. There have been repeated appointment cancellations, multiple orthodontists leaving during my treatment, and I’ve been transferred from one regional clinic to another. As a result, I am no further along with my Invisalign treatment today than when I started. The last straw for me was my most recent experience. I went in for an appointment in April to get scanned for my next set of Invisalign trays after already being without trays for months because of repeated cancellations by Willamette Dental. I didn’t receive a follow-up until Tuesday, July 7, when I was contacted to schedule my fitting for those trays. I was then told the earliest available appointment wasn’t until the end of September. By that point, I will have gone several additional months without treatment, leaving my Invisalign progress at a standstill and significantly delaying the outcome I originally signed up for. In the six months I've been a patient I've had a series of disappointing experiences. Such as the lights and equipment being turned off mid treatment because a filling and temporary crown took three hours. I've had a broken crown cut off and prep work done with no anesthesia because they didn't have alternatives for allergies. Important context is the crown was fully functional except Dr Minhas didn't like the way it looked. The temporary they installed broke in four hours. Multiple appointments have rescheduled the day of at 7:00 a.m. Booking an appointment takes an average of three months. I regret choosing Willamette Dental and will switch to another provider as soon as the next enrollment period begins.

I have always had a great experience during my dental care. The staff are always kind, friendly, and work well together. All of my appointments have been Timely. Although it can be difficult to get an appointment within a month with my orthodontic provider. But they do their best at finding a suitable appointment.
